For the installation of the submersible liquid level gauge, just put the detection element of the submersible liquid level gauge into the tank through the ruler hole of the large tank, and then fix the transmitter on the top of the tank with clips. When put into operation, only a small amount of zero and span adjustments are required to be put into operation. In order to improve the measurement accuracy and prevent the impurities in the crude oil from clogging the detection element, the submersible liquid level gauge is placed at a safe tank position 2.5 m away from the bottom of the tank during installation, which effectively ensures the normal operation of the submersible level gauge.

The submersible liquid level gauge adopts a high-tech laser-carved silicon diaphragm sensor. After sensing the static pressure of the measured liquid medium, it will be converted into a voltage signal of 0-100mv, and transmitted to the signal conversion circuit through the shielded cable. The external power supply can generate a reference voltage for the amplifier and conversion circuit through the internal reference power supply circuit, so that it is not affected by the change of the external power supply. In order to meet the requirements of different sensors, this circuit is equipped with a high-precision constant current source or constant voltage source to power the sensor. This can ensure high precision, and then output a current or voltage signal corresponding to the measurement range through a high input impedance amplifier and a high load capacity V/I converter. The conversion circuit of the input liquid level gauge is designed with an integrated chip, which has the following characteristics:

(1) Although the temperature compensation of the sensor is realized in a wide range (0-70), the temperature compensation circuit is added in the design of the signal conversion circuit, which eliminates the influence of the circuit temperature drift on the measurement, so that the ambient temperature affects each 10 is reduced by 0.05, and the temperature influence index of the entire liquid level transmitter reaches 0.1% per 10;

(2) Power fluctuations have little effect on signal output. The power supply fluctuates in the range of 12-38 V, the error of which is less than half of the basic error;

(3) The load capacity is very high, up to 1.5 times;

(4) High flexibility, can provide various signal output modes such as 4-20 rnA, 0-10 mA, 0-20 mA, 1-5 V, 0-5 V according to user needs.

The liquid level signal detected by the submersible liquid level gauge is transmitted to the control room through the signal cable, and the change of the actual liquid level can be observed from the CRT or display.

The performance of this submersible liquid level gauge is stable and reliable, and its accuracy fully meets the requirements for liquid level monitoring of storage tanks. It is very convenient for installation and maintenance. Compared with the float level gauge, it has the advantages of less investment and convenient maintenance. At the same time, by transmitting the liquid level variable signal to the computer, the liquid level change can be observed conveniently from the CRT, which makes up for the lack of liquid level variable in the data acquisition system.
